I am an intentional, driven, and loving woman (she/her) and wild child born in the midwest and now living in Western Washington with my sweet husband and adorable pup. I am a Doctor of Occupational Therapy, and have my own private practice using evidence-based holistic treatments to support self-care skills for whole-being and whole-family wellness.
